Our second private author event with Molly Jade at Chapter One – The Perfect Blend was a truly special afternoon, proving that sometimes the quieter events leave the biggest impression.

With a more intimate setting, Molly was able to spend quality time with every reader who attended. Rather than quick signings, the event became an opportunity for meaningful conversations about writing, Greek mythology, publishing, and the inspiration behind The Last Half-Blood. It was wonderful to see readers sharing their own stories and asking thoughtful questions, creating genuine connections that are at the heart of every author event.

One of the most memorable moments of the day came after the final books had been signed. Molly was invited to place signed copies of The Last Half-Blood onto the legendary Chapter One bookshelf—an honour for any author and a moment she won’t soon forget. Seeing her work become part of a collection that celebrates so many incredible writers was a proud milestone for both Molly and the Black Cat Productions team.
